Camp Chung Hua Requirement and Information

Good news! Camp Chung Hua is coming very soon! These are the list of what you need to bring during the camp and the restricted items you cannot bring.

Things to bring

-Sport shoes, White shoes, slippers

-MRC t-shirt

-MRC full uniform

-Plastic bag

-Long troursers, pants below knee level

-T-shirt (long/sleeve)*include 1 old t-shirt

-Tracksuit/ sport wear

-Underwear

-Umbrella, cap, raincoat
-Bucket

-Towel

-Toiletries (toothbrush,toothpaste,toiletpaper, shapoo...)

-Eggs

-4 cans of Halal food: Ligo Brand Corn, Ayam Brand Chicken Curry, King Cup Brand Sardines, Yeo's Fish With Salted Black Beans

-1kg of rice

-enough water

-Detergent for washing the cloth

-Notebook and pens

-Torch light

-Triangular bandage (1)

-Cutlery (plates, cups, spoon, forks...)

-2 candles

-3 presents (less than RM5)

-Own medicine (if necessary)
-Money

Camp Requirement and Information

-Healthy body

-The camp fee is RM30.00 per person (inclusive a camp T-shirt).

-2 recent passport sized photo must handed in with with appliation form.

-Participants must be between the ages of 13-17 in year 2009.

-All items in the application form are to be completed by each applicant. Incomplete form will not be accepted.

-Participants are not allowed to bring expensive items. Organizer will not be responsible on missing items.

-Restricted item: Jeans, sleeveless shirts, shirts, skirt, tidbits, carbonated drinks, candies, electronic items, knife, cigerattes. drugs, watches, alarm clock, poker card...

-Participants must follow all the activities during the camp unless have permission from camp commandant.

-Participants must wear name tag along the camp.

-Male/Female participants are not allowed to enter female/male camp area.

-Food and drinks will be provided by organizer along the camp.

-Transportation fees from schools/chapters will be bare on your own school/chapter/individually.

Please be informed that Annual Parade of Year 2009 has been canceled.
And, Flag Sale of this year will be postponed from 29th - 31st August until further notice..=)

Both of the above news are informed by the MRC Miri Chapter Committee Board, as they had a meeting this afternoon. As a result, these are due to hazy weather and uncontrollable spreading of A(H1N1), please be proud that the committee care so much for our health.
